Hours and Scheduling
Regular walking hours are 9 am - 6 pm, Monday through Friday. While I can often accommodate other times, off hours walks may incur an additional charge. Please see pricing for rates and contact me to confirm availability.
While I will try to accommodate your pet's schedule as well as possible, I require a minimum two hour window for pick up. There are many unforeseen things that make it impossible to guarantee a walk or visit at a specific time, but rather during the chosen window.
All scheduling requests should be emailed to [email protected] or placed through our contact page. Schedules are confirmed once you receive an email response to your request. While 24 hrs. is sufficient I would appreciate as much advance notice as possible so that I may accommodate all client's needs as best as possible.
In order to ensure service, all weekday requests must be placed by 6 pm the evening before service is requested. I aim to be as flexible as possible and can often accommodate requests made after this time but unfortunately I cannot guarantee them. There is an additional $5 charge for all same day requests placed after 8 am.
Holiday scheduling
I offer limited availability on holidays on a first come first served basis and cannot guarantee service. Please schedule all holiday requests as early as possible.
Cancellation Policy
I request a 12 hour notice for any cancellation. I know sometimes unexpected things happen and in case of an emergency I will not charge for cancellations provided they are communicated 12 hours prior to a scheduled walk. I trust that you will let me know of any change of plans as soon as you can. Unannounced cancellations will be charged the full price of service.
Keys
All clients must provide one set of keys prior to the first day of walks.
